What is LUZO jewellery made of?
Our Portuguese production partner are crafting the jewellery from recycled 925 silver, which is the process of precious silver being extracted from used products, then melted down and reused to make new silver products. This process saves a vast amount of energy and carbon emissions.
The gold-pieces we have are plated with a thick layer of 18K gold on top of a pure 925 silver base. Gold plating is still real gold, the difference from solid gold is in the base of the jewellery. Using a pure silver base for our gold pieces allows you to have the qualities of solid gold without the huge cost of an item being entirely made from solid gold.
Does LUZO jewellery contain nickel?
All our jewellery are completely free from nickel, which is the most common culprit for metal allergies.
Precious metal, such as silver and gold, are hypoallergenic and will not leave green marks on your skin.
How do I care for my jewellery?

Silver is a very durable and the silver color will not rub off from the jewellery, but all silver metal darkens over time. Tarnish is simply the result of a chemical reaction with oxygen or sulfur particles in the air.
Take good care of your jewellery and you can easily make it look new again. Simply, clean the silver with lukewarm water and a little soap/dish soap.
Avoid direct exposure to perfume, bleach, make-up or any kind of chemical products. Keep away from extreme temperatures and humidity, do not wear in the shower, bathe or when doing sport.
Store your jewelleries separately from each other in order to avoid scratches, ideally is to keep them in the box provided with the order.

We offer free shipping in Finland for all orders, and free shipping internationally according to table below:
Finland shipping: Free on all orders.
EU shipping: 5€ Free on orders above 65€.
International shipping: 10€ Free on orders above 120€

How long does shipping take?
All orders are prepared and shipped from our establishment, in Finland, within 1-3 business days from your order. After that please allow delivery time depending on the delivery location, estimated time:
Finland shipping: 1-4 business days.
EU shipping: 3-7 business days.
International shipping: 5-10 business days.
Can I return my order?
Yes! If you are unhappy with your order we offer 14 days refund from the day you receive your items.
The shipping costs for the return is on the responsibility of the buyer, except if the order received is faulty. In the unlikely event that you receive a defected item we will upon inspection send you a free return shipping label.
All items returned must be in its original brand new condition, showing no signs of being used or worn, and must be returned with its jewellery box, including the receipt received with the order.
How do I make a return?
To return an item simply go through our contact form or email us directly at email@example.com.
What is your exchange policy?
If you would like to exchange a product for a different color or size simply go through the return process since we do not have a formal product exchange program. Then you can place your new order through our shop for the item that you would like to receive in exchange.
Payment & Warranty
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your items with any major credit/debit card or with PayPal.
The payment is charged at the point of order.
How is refund processed?
Upon receiving your returned item to our establishment, please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed, we will send you a return confirmation email as soon as it is processed.
From the day the return has been processed, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end, depending on your bank.
We offer 6 month warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturer defects. Items broken by force are not covered by the warranty.
The following are examples of manufacturer defects:
- Clasp breaking
- Chain disconnecting
Items that qualify for the warranty will be repaired free of charge. The warranty does not cover items that are broken with force or accidents.
