We offer free shipping according to table below:

Finland shipping: 4,90€ Free on orders above 50€.

EU shipping: 6,90€ Free on orders above 100€.

International shipping: 10,90€ Free on orders above 150€

All orders are prepared and shipped from our establishment, in Finland, within 1-3 business days from your order. After that please allow delivery time depending on the delivery location, estimated time:

Finland shipping: 2-5 business days.

EU shipping: 3-7 business days.

International shipping: 5-10 business days.

If you are unhappy with your order we offer 14 days refund from the day you receive your items.

The shipping costs for the return is on the responsibility of the buyer, except if the order received is faulty.

All items returned must be in its original brand new condition, showing no signs of being used or worn, and must be returned with its jewellery box, including the receipt received with the order.

To return an item simply go through our contact form or email us directly at support@luzodesign.com.

If you would like to exchange a product for a different color or size kindly go through the return process since we do not have a formal product exchange program. Then you can simply place your new order through our shop for the item that you would like to receive in exchange.
